Miley Cyrus has yet again been crying out for attention on Instagram as she posed for a selfie dressed in a Tom Ford coat.
The singer wrapped up well as she braved the freezing temperatures in Washington D.C.
Along with the photo above Miley said:

She looks so much like her younger sister in they photo it’s unreal.
