Kelly Osbourne announced that she was returning to the filming on Fashion Police a few days ago and everyone was excited but one person who was really excited was Joan Rivers.
The filming started on Thursday and this is what the show’s host had to say about kelly’s return:

Kelly seemed really happy to be back and all the team welcomed her back too.
